The snowboard versus. ski divide is basically a cultural one. From the fitness perspective, both activities are regarded as as great core workout routines that need balance, versatility and strength. There is however new evidence that snowboarders and boarders are utilizing their physiques very in a different way - as evidenced through the divergent injuries the sports athletes get.
